Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using one of the options below.

Option 1: Delete via Account Settings

If you have an ExactAD account, you can delete it yourself by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your ExactAD account
  2. Open the menu and look for Manage AccountLook for the person icon with a gear at the bottom of the menu
  3. Click the Delete Account tab
  4. Click the Delete My Account buttonYou will see a warning about what data will be deleted
  5. Confirm deletion by typing DELETE in the confirmation boxThis confirms you understand this action is permanent and cannot be undone

Option 2: Email Request

If you prefer, you can submit a formal data deletion request by emailing us at info@exactad.io. Please include the email address associated with your account in your request. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize the following data:

  • Your user profile and account information
  • Business information and settings
  • Ad campaigns and associated content
  • Generated websites and landing pages
  • Images and media files you uploaded
  • Billing and subscription information
